Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering from Aligned. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy—no questions asked.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You are eligible for a return if:

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The product is returned with its original packaging

To initiate a return, please email us at aligned.customerservice@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is damaged, defective, or we made an error in the order,
return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the product and packaging

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, and cover the return shipping costs in this case

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We’ll notify you via email

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days

Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different product, please return your current item and place a new order.
